Groves appeals to BBBOC for NC

It was an early stoppage, but them's the breaks.

 

I'm sure the BBBoC will be more than happy to admit that one of their representatives was so far in the wrong that the fight's decision has to be changed...Will never happen. This is getting farcical just take the rematch beat Froch fair and square and that will be your justice done.

groves is a ***** i liked him when he was fighting degale but since then hes gone down hill fast bbboc are never going to change the result. just take the fight its he's own fault about the 15% cut so cant complain about the money he ran to the ibf doing the same **** that he's doing now be careful what you wish for

15% of any purse bid will surpass the '7 figure' offer that Fast Car offered him and wont include options or any other crap. I agree the whole thing is getting tiresome now though.

 

i dont think it will be more. i cant see a froch fight gaining that much money to be honest neither are that big of a draw

 

You see this fight making more than £10M if it goes to bids?

Groves went to the IBF with 5 points against Foster, only 1 of these they agreed with and that was that in their opinion the fight was stopped early with Foster not looking into Groves eyes etc. Foster stood by his decision to stop the fight and resigned from the IBF. The BBBofC stood by Foster from the start and I cant see them changing their opinion now just because some members on the IBF had a opinion that the fight was stopped early, stranger things have happened but I just cant see Groves getting anything from this latest appeal.

The IBF agreed with Groves that the stoppage was unfair, Froch should have had points deducted and the Judges score cards was incorrect.

 

Thats what I said. In their opinion the fight shouldnt have been stopped. Which bit is wrong

No you didn't! You said the IBF only agreed with Groves on one point out of five and that was the fight was stopped to soon. But the IBF agreed with Groves that stoppage was premature, Froch should have been deducted points for fouling and the judges score cards were incorrect.
That is more than one point.

Wrong they never said anything of the sort.I said they said the fight was stopped early which is the same as premature.
