Amazed to think that he's that confident that he can be fast tracked like that. He still has plenty of flaws but if Salas and co can tidy them up he may well manage it. Ambitious I admit but still fairly impressive in terms of even thinking like that.

Sick but this is too much of a step up in this amount of time imo.
Still i love his relentless style, aggression, spirit and power.

He's 27 y.o. with a ton of amateur experience, so he has the fundamentals. It's really not that unreasonable of an expectation.

He got tagged a little to much in his last fight, but it looks that's just his style. Watching his amateur fight with Khytrov, he nearly got stopped. Exciting fighter, but I think he'll have limits preventing him from being a top 5.

What's the record for fewest fights to a middleweight title? Surely it's more than 10?

David Reid comes to mind. Started his pro career fighting lower-level journeymen right off the bat then mid-level by his 5th fight and won a JMW title in his 12th fight. He could handle it due to his amateur background, but his medical condition and a Puerto Rican legend ruined his chance of a solid career.

He better stay away from GGG.

He and Golovkin could solve a lot of problems for each other.

Seems like the quickest route to a title shot at 160lbs is the WBA, as long as GGG has it.

People still imagine Golovkin at Middleweight circa November/December 2015? I'd be shocked if he's not at 168 by then.

In addition to Murata and Khytrov I'd keep an eye on Uzcategui, Theran, Zurdo Sanchez (if he stays at 160) and Falcao (Esquiva)

I can't see Golovkin staying at 160 for another 18 months personally.

Yeah, Golovkin seems to be struggling for opponents at 160 already.
