Groves couldn't finish the job the first time, and he had everything going for him.
Froch was his usual arrogant self (winners are always arrogant ), he underestimated Groves, and after landing a couple of decent shots in the 1st round, he threw caution to the wind and tried to jump on Groves ( and paid a heavy price).
Froch was dazed for the next few rounds, and Groves should of seized the opportunity, but he didn't, and by round 6 the momentum was with Froch.
Groves has fast hands, decent power, and decent movement, but he has a poor engine and questionable ring IQ.
In a rematch i'd pick a more cautious, and well prepared Froch to finish the job without controversy. Groves will outbox him again, and may hurt him again, but his ego, lack of discipline, and poor engine will let him down as the fight progresse's.

    No.

Difference is, Groves has the power to keep Froch off and hold the centre of the ring.

Degale for one, doesn't hit hard enough to keep someone like Froch off him and secondly is to prone to ending up on the ropes, which is something you DO NOT want to be doing against Froch.

Groves gave froch his absolute best in 6th round and couldnt get job done, nothing makes me think he will get it done this time round either.
