What is the rule if an opponent was knocked out AFTER the bell rings. For example, fighter A throws a straight and wants to follow up with a hook and then the bell rings but fighter B throws his hook in counter to the other hook and hits his opponent after the bell but ends up knocking him out?
I don't know what you're saying... But take a look at Argenis Mendez's last title defense against Rances Barthalemy.
Say fighters were still punching even after the bell and before the ref could step in, one of the fighters gets caught with a punch and is knocked out
If you get the chance watch Duran-Buchanon. Bell sounds to end round Duran then blatantly throws a deliberate low blow to Buchanon good 2 seconds afer bell. ken was badly hurt and couldnt come out for next round. Ref Johnny LoBianco claimed punch was before the bell and LEGAL!!! Bigger robbery than anything Jesse James pulled. Duran would never give Ken a return either Incidently Ken was in hospital having ice packs on his badly bruised genitals all night from what Lo Bianco called a legitimate punch
