Tyson Fury weight

That's 5lb heavier than he's ever been which was against chisora and he was shattered after about 7 rounds

 

His heaviest before that I can see was vs John McDermott II when he was 19'4.

He has put on quite a bit of muscle since then though tbf, so will look better than you expect.

Does anyone know what he was weighing 5 days before the Haye fight weigh in, the day Haye became 'injured'?

Yes,he had a track suit on,and had something under his top.It wouldn't surprise me if he had a few coins,etc in his pockets to appear heavier,then on the night surprise a few people.Hell be a couple of stones heavier than Abell possibly,but don't forget he's about 4 inches taller.I don't know where people are coming from who go on about his weight.Hes never been a fat heavyweight.Chisora gassed in their fight,not him.He seems too be able to keep fighting in the late rounds better than most,an ability I don't think hell need on Saturday.Five rounds max.

 

He was 17 stone 6 they reckon and he looked pretty cut like?

 

There is a reason that he weighed in fully clothed.
He is either in terrible shape or excellent shape.
His face doesn't looked fat, I reckon he maybe looking to surprise us all.

As I said, he has 100% put on muscle.

Weight is not the best gauge to fat.

Body Fat % is.

Contrast his face today at 19'8 with his face for the Pajkic fight where he was fat but actually weighed 18'5.

 

Thats exactly what I was getting at Lee.Abell looked in good nick.Fury say,2 stone heavier,but 4 or 5 inches taller.Although clothed,when they stood together,I think I could tell that he wasn't significantly fatter.I think he will look in good nick,maybe not quite like pre Haye,but good.As I say,he's not Tony Tubbs.

 

It will be fine, he's getting back into the game. He will will on Sat and after that the motivation will be back!

 

He said in the corner in about the 8th round against chisora that he was ****ed. He's been improving fight after fight so hopefully he's in decent shape and we get chisora vs fury 2

 

doubt this fight will go the stretchso he prob wont have to worry about his lack of cardio tommorow

 

Your probably right Tel, but it is disappointing how he has let himself go, considering the shape he was in for the Haye fight.

I bet Peter put him through hell for that training camp in Belguim away from family friends and any luxuries.
