The contributions of second assists are extremely undermined in today's boxing game

    Leonard Ellerbe, Buboy Hernandez, Japanese guy in Marquez's corner are some of the key players in this position (Most known). I believe that boxing fans simply do not respect them enough for what they do.

    In my opinion, they are almost just as important in a fighter's corner as the head trainer.

    1. Leonard Ellerbe

    - Stood in as a head trainer for one of Floyd's fights after Roger was evicted in the Judah fight
    - Rubs Floyd's pecs to increase blood flow (very important in a grueling physical sport such as boxing)
    - Gives Floyd advice on how to fight from time to time as Leonard was also a former amateur boxer
    - Financial advisor
    - Resource manager
    - Bodyguard


    2. Buboy Hernandez
    - Translator for Freddie Roach
    - Emotional support for Manny Pacquiao

    3. Japanese guy in Marquez's corner
    - Gives Marquez water.
    - Best friend I believe
    - Emotional support

    What do you guys think about second assists? Do you agree that their efforts are usually played down by the general public?

    Don't forget about Ariza. He does all the dirty work from slanging, backstabbing moa****as, drop kicking the opposition, talking **** online.
