    I agree, max has also entered millions of homes and single handedly covered all of their tv's with blankets, so all that they get is his commentary and are not given the option to watch the fight and make up their own mind about lomachenko.

    Kellerman is a silver spoon joke. He was never a fighter or a Boxing journalist he is where he is because of his rich daddy's connections. That is it. There are people on this forum that could do a better job than him.

    This is true. Kellerman spoke quit favorably about him. As I expect he will do for the Salido fight. His tune will change when Vasyl fights Russell Jr or Rigo.

    Max Kellerman is the definition of fair, people who can't put up with him...fail to see that he might seem unfair because they are normally unjust :-(

    No, he always discredits the European boxers.

    - He said Povetkin wasn't really an Olympic gold medal winner because his opponent in the final was injured. He didn't mention that Povetkin also won Gold in the world tournament the year before, defeating a Cuban in the final.

    - When Hatton KOed Castillo in round for, Max immediately said "Castillo is a shot fighter" rather than give Hatton credit. He lied when he said "Berto beat Urango by a wider margin on the scorecards than Hatton did".

    - He says the Klitschkos only win because of their size. He never gives them credit, for example he says "Wladimir Klitschko doesn't get clean KOs like Lennox Lewis, just TKOs". This is a lie, but a casual fan wouldn't know about Wlad's clean KOs against Brock, Austin, Chambers, etc (many of whom were never stopped before).

    - He said "Calzaghe is doing worse than a shot Trinidad against Jones" during Jones-Calzaghe

    - He said "Calzaghe was knocked down in round one against Eubank"

    I guarantee what Kellerman will do is DISCREDIT a good performance by Lomachenko, he'll say "Salido is a shot fighter" or something like that.

    During Lomachenko's debut, Max Kellerman basically said Lomachenko is a hype job (Lampley and Jones were impressed). He said it really wasn't his first pro fight, since he was in the WSB. Instead of focusing on Lomachenko's impressive debut, in the post-fight interview Max asked "why didn't you get any KOs in your five fights in the the WSB?"

    Let's be honest here: Kellerman does not like white boxers and sounds like has to struggle against his own emotions to say anything positive. In contrast, Max absolutely LOVED Pernell Whitaker and Zab Judah (he wrote several articles about the Judah-Tszyu stoppage being unfair). He has always lavished praise on Crawford, Berto, Mayweather, Bradley, etc.

    Interesting how Manny Steward was never prejudiced and always fair. Antonio Tarver has also always been fair, and Roy Jones gives credit where it's due. But these are clearly better men than the nerdy Max Kellerman.
