Pascal hadn't beaten anyone of note at that stage, the fight itself was very close could have gone either way... lucky for Carlos it was in Nottingham. Pascal only got good wins after he moved up to LHW

Obviously these are still good wins just don't see any of them as better than Maidana for Khan

 

We can discredit anyone you want. El chino lost to alexander and kotelnik neither of whom are great and kotelnic is at best average. Khan resume shows ko by an above average journeyman in prescott loss to peterson who is average and ko by the then unkown garcia so no khans resume is not better than frochs.

Froch is a legend with probably the best resume of any current boxer, fought the best , beat the best time and time again. Kessler, Bute, Abraham, Pascal, Taylor, Groves, Dirrell, Johnson, Magee, etc, absolutely unbelievable resume and you know it. Bute, Pascal, Groves, Direll were all undefeated, Abraham had 1 loss by DQ, Kessler had only lost to all time greats in Calzaghe and Ward. Almost all of them are big punchers with solid chins. To even try to diss Froch's resume is insane and even the biggest Froch hater can't possibly say a word about it without trolling.

Whereas Khan's resume is pure **** the only guys worth mentioning are Maidana, Malgnaggi and Kotelnik - and they are supposed to be his best 3 wins ::rofl all 3 haven't lasted long at world level/ all have many losses/ theyve won about 6 world title fights between them lol. Kotelnik made about 2 defences was a feather fisted average Senchenko type fighter, Maligaggi has about a 5% KO record and has 'lost' to guys like ngoudjo and ndou lol theres no props for beating a guy like that. Maidana lost evry round to Devon Alexander FFS hes a basic slow average gatekeeper lolits gonna be completely embarassing when Floyd shows just how **** maidana is. The rest of Con's resume isn't worth mentioning is completely past it 'names' like Judah or just complete bums like Salita,etc
Khan has never beat the best, hes never beaten an undefeated prime top 3 guy in his division , hes been the favourite in every fight and cherry picked bums and non punchers his whole career.

Money has nothing to do with their beef, Khan is jealous that Froch has proved himself fighting and beating the best time and time again, whereas Khan is ridiculed for having the worst chin in boxing and losing to bums.
