I actually feel sorry khan

dont feel sorry for him...

if he had any faith in himself he could have fought devon alexander inbetween and kept sharp...

him and his team dont trust himself

 

I cannot stand him... but he would have given us a better fight than Maidana will give us against Pbf.

 

Maidana earned it and Khan didn't. Its not 2010 anymore. Khan has 0 wins at WW. I would have felt sorry for Maidana if Khan got the fight actually.

 

Don't feel bad for him, he could have fought Alexander but didn't have the balls, basically i don't think he backed himself to win that fight. He has such a big ego he felt he was such a star that he could not fight for ages having not fought at the weight and walk into a fight with the p4p number 1, if he fought Devon i'm sure he would have the Floyd fight now, he didn't because he wants to cash out and doesn't think he is top level now.

 

Actually, Khan is very good naturally talented fighter, very fast and strong puncher, but he needs to make an adjustment on his defense and balance. I hope to see him fight again soon..........

 

Reason he didn't take the Alexander fight is down to the loss princable. Basically the reward (in his eyes and his team) of the mayweather fight was to big to take a risk. He's didn't rationalize the potential pit falls of sitting out. Only focusing on the rewards instead of doing everything possible to force mayweather to fight him, and taking away all reasonable doubt. From the outside it's easy to see the negatives against him. Never fought at 147, lost 2 of his last 4, stopped twice, dropped on multiple occasions, non champion, pulled out of the Alexander fight, never avenging a loss, not fighting certain fighters, then if we look at the positives speed, work rate, fan base promotion skills, etc they're massively out weighed by the negs. But when we're inside it we're blinded by the pots of gold! .As we get more successful, fighters, actors footballers etc we start to believe we're entitled to things instead of working hard and doing everything possible to destroy any doubt. It's littered through history, naz come to mind! In Buisness terms he went for the route of least resistance, with zero risk but because of poor management they got blinded by the bull****. I think khans a better boxers than maidana but he khan didn't do everything to be the best he can be in the sport while Madaina with little skill put in the hard work and dedication! I thank the recent horizon document for my new found knowledge ha! That's my 2 pennies!

 

Don't feel sorry for him at all, he has a huge sense of entitlement and an inflated ego. He doesn't deserve the floyd fight at all, he hasn't looked good since 2011.

 

Hes a good fighter and I have always liked him but I now think he is a ***** the way he has banged on about the Mayweather fight.
He doesn't deserve the fight, he should just let his boxing do the talking beat what is in front of him and the fight would have happenend.
He has lost 2 out of his last 4 & the 2 wins were against average opposition and he didn't actually perform great in them.
I hope whoever he fights next beats him convincingly so we can all stop going on about Khan-Mayweather.

 

Pretty much this. And he's a multi millionaire. Unless they're terminally ill, severely disabled or truly bad things happen to those close to them it's hard to feel sorry for them.

 

I don't feel sorry for Khan one bit, as he mucked Devon Alexander about last year before leaving him high and dry without an opponent, so this is just a good case of what goes around comes around.

The thing is Floyd Mayweather is constantly doing this to opponent after opponent when he should be in the fights the fans want to see.
The money Floyd makes fighting these guys who he handpicks is a disgrace. It's bad for the sport and hopefully this PPV flops as well as the rest of them until he grows a pair and comes out of his comfort zone and fights the likes of Pacquiao and GGG.

 

Should of fought Alexander end of story Devon was up for it, then we could of been sat here talking about an exciting Khan vs Mayweather fight. Khan would get beat no doubt but it would be fun while it lasted.

 

He doesn't even deserve to be in the same sentence as Floyd.

* The man doesn't deserve a shot at Floyd
* Beats Molina... (come on) and then is smashed around the ring by Diaz...
* Acts like he is best fighter on the planet and talks so much trash
* Just wants that payday which he doesn't deserve
* Dodges Alexander by pulling out just because his name was in the mix for fighting Floyd and his team didn't want to risk it because yes Khan could beat him but with his chin he could be doing the chicken dance for us

I'm glad Floyd ****ed him over, I thought if the fight happened it would have been a disgrace to boxing and as Floyd fan I wouldn't even be happy with it.

Now just watch Khan fight someone poor like Ortiz and not a proper challenger.
