Burns "wasnt himself" vs beltran and crawford
Cleverly "used the wrong tactics" vs cleverly

Your 3rd example is completely different to the other two; "He wasn't himself" means he didn't perform as he was able/usually does, where as "used the wrong tactics" is pretty self explanatory

Hatton was never in Floyds class.

Burns was suffering from a broken jaw against Beltran, and gunshy against Crawford.

Cleverly had never beaten a legitimate World Champ before losing to himself. ;)

I think the opposite, he wouldn't such up about how poor Ricky was....even the few times he landed shots Watt was too busy banging on about negative stuff to notice

Watt was **** poor tonight. He wouldn't give Crawford props for being a quality fighter to say Ricky that beat Mitchell and Katsidis would of been good enough to beat Crawford is utter bollocks.

Mitchell would say ''i wasn't myself'' that night to. It's a never ending circle...

Burns tried his best but once again he met a guy with a style he struggles with it's really that simple.

When your promoter keeps saying ''lets see how Crawford handles the Glasgow crowd'' you know you're in trouble.

A loss was coming for a while now and maybe it's a weight off Ricky's shoulders!. (strange as it sounds)

    Mitchell "wasn't himself" vs Katsidis
Bellew "wasn't himself" vs Stevenson (I'm not making excuses but I struggled with the weight).

    :deal

Froch beats Pascal with perforated eardrum and cracked rib.

These fighters need to stop the BS and accept they lost to the better fighter!.

Sick and tired of the excuses....

excuse don't trouble me IF there true.

Hell we go to work every week and every two or three weeks we'll just "not be into it today for whatever reason, especially IF injured or sick"... so ligit excuse are perfectly fine and normal.

It's BULL **** that ISN'T acceptable, Hyped up fighters and opponents. I've just had enough of that. MAKE fighters EARN title fights by fighting PROPER Opponents on the way and atleast two TOP Contenders before getting anywhere near a world title.

That's whats NOT acceptable... STOP selling us Pure eFFen ****!!!
