I think it will be similar tactics that they used against Harrison! Take away his jab and fight in unpredictable spurts making Wlad panic! As said before if Wlad can't land the jab it takes away practically all his arsenal as every punch he throws follows a jab!

 

its obvious imo that Haye has to do the complete opposite to Valuev / DeGale - Wlad CANT fight up close. If he doesnt have you on the end of his jab he cant do anything but tie you up. Look at him stopping Peter, the final barage was so awkwardly put together. Hes uncomfortable, too straight up and his arms are too long (sounds strange i know). Haye needs to make a brawl of it.



Wlad is good at tying people up and a lot will depend if theres an american ref that will let Haye try to fight out of clinches - something Wlad HATES.

I see a lot of Haye has to take away Wlads jab - without actually pointing out the method in which to do this...Suggestions? Or just watching too many videos of Haye talking

its obvious what haye is going to do. he is going to do what he does in all his fights.

so is wlad.

 

he is going to move around, try to evade the jab and counter it and then occasionally throw a one two from distance. he will also try to counter wlads right hand. its pretty obvious what his tactics are going to be imo.

 

who cares? a wins a win at the end of the day.
