Joe used to beat all the yanks,i can remember pre-fight Lacy being hyped up as Mike Tyson,Joe just kept quiet and dismantled the American piece of **** .

I'm not hating on 'all' Americans,i'm hating on ONE American Jeff Lacy,you could tell he thought he was going to beat Joe,what a shock when the Welsh wizard totally destroyed and humiliated the piece of ****.

I know some americans like to downplay lacy (since he was a hype job), but at the time, calzaghe dismantling him made a lot of people take notice

 

Ah good memories. With so many people expecting him to get KO'd it was great to see Calzaghe shock the boxing world.

 

Lacy himself predicted he would KO Joe,how we all laughed as the American hype job was totally outclassed,never again would we fall for the American hype of how their fighters are superior,who can forget London boy Danny Williams smashing Mike Tyson in 4 rounds.

Hated this fight, Lacy and Joe were my two favorites at the time. Seeing Lacy get brutalized like that was sickening, they could have stopped it and nobody would have wondered the outcome for a second.

Once again it seems you are fooled by a title rather than competition. Not very knowledgeable on the subject Herol.
Remember how Pacquiao was defending the WBO title against Cotto or how Wlad Klitschko was defending that title against Haye .
As for weak comp, you seem to lack further knowledge as Eubank, Reid, Woodhall, Veit, Brewer, Mitchell all held SMW titles and fighters like Sheika had beaten prime fighters like G Johnson rather than the faded version that went into the S6.

What gift decisions? Tell me who all of the garbage comp is?

When had Calzaghe refused to face any top SMW?
