As much as I rate Joe as a machine of a fighter his resume doesn't cut it my friend. His 46 and 0 needs to have stiffer comp. Kessler and Bhop are great wins but that doesnt cut it to make my list. Eubank was a great win too the more I think about it. Maybe I'm being harsh not placing him inside the top ten. Great British fighter all the same so who cares where I place him. Every fighter in my list deserves to be there imo. :good

In terms of boxing ability Buchanan is actually placed too poorly. He would be top 5 easy if I made my lists purely on all round boxing ability. Berg has a better resume so you have a case in your opinion Berg should be above Buchanan. Buchanan was such brilliant boxer and was as tough as nails with a fighting spirit to match. I don't think you can argue much about my placement.

ATG lists are subjective as **** and tbh I hold a bit bias for Ken as he was such a brilliant boxer/fighter. I feel he's underrated a tad so I place him maybe a bit higher than he should be.
I also rate our greats from older era's higher than I do our greats from this era as it was tougher to win a belt if at all in older era's.

I struggle with a top 10 list , as im not sure what i rank higher , longevity or best wins???

For example Calzaghe he maybe , just maybe deserves a crack at the top 10 due to longevity but his best win is nowhere near that of say Nigel Benn or Honeyghan.

For top 10 wins you would even get Hatton in there and I think he is extremely overrated.

Calzaghe lol. Just shows how the "0" is a great marketing tool for making idiots believe a fighter is great. Stick to getting your boxing knowledge from The Sun morons.

    This is my point ,

I love this fight , but Loyd didnt have the best overall career , so does that mean he isnt a UK top 10 of all time???

Personally I think it should be as there are fighters like Calzaghe who I dont rate but were dominate for over 10 years.

If we;re going strictly on the basis of boxing ability, Winstone and McGowan would be right up there with Conteh. Lovely boxers, all. But in terms of resume, I think Moran (or McLarnin if you take into account the fact that he was born in Belfast) would be better choices for the 10th slot.

    Decent enough list, though.
