Froch just been booo'd in Nottingham arena

More cheers than Boo's infairness and he wasn't his usually ****y self actually gave praise to Groves. Was funny though to hear them sing There's only one George Groves.

 

Same old patter from the Polish son of a *****,"SGG doesn't realise the trouble he's in" etc,wait until May 31st big nose when you're unconscious.

 

Firstly, just because it's in Nottingham, doesn't mean every person at the event will be from Nottingham. Also, they could have been Notts County fans? Not sure how the majority of them feel about him.

When did that become the go to song for British Boxing. It was great when sung for Hatton (and hilarious in the Mayweather fight), but it's grinding the **** out of me now.

Could just be. Notts County thing, I'm sure Groves would get a bit of the same from Gooners, Spuds fans and the rest

 

I thought the crowd was relatively quiet to be honest, up until the point that Froch said "Its gonna be a bad night for Groves" then there was certainly more boos than cheers.

On a side note, why does Froch insist on telling everyone who'll listen that Groves has no idea what hes let himself in for? Well he ****ing certainly does having fought you before, in fact, Carl said this prior to the first fight too, and if anything it was he whom got the shock of his life not the other way around

 

Worked out well the first time for groves didn't it , gave him everything, and he couldn't get the man out of there. Won't be happening the rematch either
