I'd wager not being how you go on about resume's like a boxrec warrior and only pick the fighter who has a better resume rather than paying attention in the actual fights. For example thinking Pascal is capable of handing out a sustained beatdown of anybody that's gonna last. And Junior will at least last the distance, and probably finish stronger.
I'm thinking Arum is throwing Pascal out there as potential leverage with Golovkin negotiations. Moving Chavez up in weight to fight a guy who won't necessarily bring in a ton of ppv's considering Chavez would take big risk to fight him. I mean they'd be better off fighting Ward than Pascal. With Ward he's more well-known which helps sell more ppv's and less likely to damage Chavez.
Ward's more talented, but he's not going to send Chavez to the hospital like Martinez did or like Pascal would. La Bomba was ok and so have other past Ward opponents. Chavez will get slapped around for 12 one sided rounds and may take a headbutt, but he'll be able to fight again.
Thats a big risk for Chavez, Pascal will destroy him Pascal is funny to watch, it will be one sided til the last round when Pascal gasses
Weight drained Dawson coming off being KO'd in sparring? He faded and quit in that fight. Ward worked him, but he wasn't putting anymore of a beating on Chad than he did on Allan Green. Chad took worse damage from Pascal.
LOL! No way they are going to put GGG in the ring with Pascal. I'll believe that when I see it. More likely it will be GGG Vs Bute.
Your reading comprehension could use some work. Thread title suggests Chavez Jr vs Pascal, if GGG is unavailable to fight Chavez Jr.
That could be written off as speculation, if Pascal wasn't bat **** crazy enough to admit it on camera.:rofl I was laughing my ass off in that post fight interview
That's twice now he shows sub-par intelligence, the other being the 10% fiasco. No way this guy's a fukkin engineer.
