Who is he going to get a straight shot against? Abril, I think it would be to soon and he would have no chance against him. He needs, to drop down a level to get his confidence back up, going straight back in at world level would be the wrong move. He gave Crawford far to much respect and I think he believed the hype . Imo he knew deep down he wasn't winning the fight even before a punch was throw.

Please tell me how he would stop a hard guy with a granite chin like Scott Billy? Ricky does not pack power in his shots, I honestly believe if Scott let Ricky hit him 50 times a round for 6 rounds Ricky could not get him out of there. Also Scott started really strong v Walsh, and since that fight Ricky has went backwards big style (looks a shadow of himself)

 

Scott would have stopped him inside 4 rounds easy, forget catch weight Scott would have done him at any weight. Scott would have been even better if he had fought at a higher weight, as he would not have been weight drained and would have used his world class boxing skills more.

 

I agree a Burns would be favourite with the bookies but it would be fascinating for the Scottish boxing fans and you could never right off a 100% ready Harrison. IMO Scott would pull off the upset as Burns is no longer the fighter he was 3 fights ago and the jaw break has mentally scared him. I know for a fact Scott does not rate Burns and honestly feels it would be an easy fight for him.

 

Scott is not licensed so why would board have an up to date record of his management? They wouldn't, they keep database of licensed fighters only, so Billys point there is wrong m8. Now I believe his dad is his manager but there would be nothing stopping Hearn phoning him for a chat regardless
