I agreed mate the fact that he was able to fight at all after what he put himself through to make the weight was incredible. He would have been stronger at SFW no doubt about it.He really struggled to make the weight his last fight at FW and was in the sauna trying to sweat out the last few pounds before the WI. He was late for the WI and nearly lost title on the scales. He should have known then he was never going to see 9 stone again but he didn't want to give up the title. I said before about how stubborn he is and he refused to give in to what his body was telling him and that was to move up a weight.

I don't agree. I was a massive Scott Harrison fan, he got me into boxing, I was so excited for his comeback. But now? Whats the point? Ricky WILL win. It will do nothing for his career. Folk on here will also be bitching about how big a mis-match it was. It may be a big pay day for both fighters. But Ricky can get big paydays in competitive fights, Scott can't. Why else would Scott be chasing him?

Scott Harrison lost to Walsh. When Walsh was going to fight Ricky everyone was complaining about the quality of opposition. Scott is below Walsh's level now.

Exactly mate, He's going to need a promoter as he is getting licence back soon the Spanish stuff came back ok so it's looking good. It's common knowledge Scott is doing a book and he is going to be big news again once he's finished it.There is a lot of people going to get pelters in it and I think BN is not going to be happy when the truths out about his real role when he was in the Harrison camp.

That was 3 fights ago when people thought Ricky was better than he was. He's now a fighter with no confidence and although he will always have his hardcore fans most boxing fans I know are not going to pay the money to watch the pish he has been serving up recently and he needs to work at getting them back on side. After all it's the fans who pay the wages and they deserve better.

Watching the pacman Rios fight again on Box nation, that's what you call proper match making after a bad defeat.

Interesting, I cant wait, I will be at the front of the queue. Scott Harrison is Scotland's boxing version of a Jim Baxter or a Jimmy Johnstone, a flawed genius that was as good as they came, and who we can relate to. This was a guy who beat Calzaghe and Hatton to British Boxer of the year, and who Bob Arum described as the best in Britain, and regardless of what people say about the WBO, the WBO FW belt was most sought after belt in the world at the time. The top 5 of its rankings show that. Guys ranked 8-10 then would be world champions just now

I know, and BN still thinks no one in Britain is worthy to fight him. He's deluded Scott would be a credible opponent for any LW in the country. I hear Derry Mathews has been making noises about fighting Scott in Glasgow.

Properly as Derry couldn't get over Scott saying 'Derry who' at Morrisons gym after he got out the nick. I wouldn't mind seeing that Scott would beat Derry in every area, Derrys strengths would not work v Scott

Woodhouse expressed an interest aswell not so long back, I still think a prizefighter would be great entertainment.

If he gets his license maybe after a warm up Matthews is the kind of opponent he should be taking on. Theres a lot of fights out there for him at the weight. Walsh in all honesty probably the best of them so just below him a few to go at. I would have said Murray but not sure about that, really. Surely with all the inactivity he would have to ease himself into it,and see how he goes. Hope he gets it,but Id say not a lot of time to play with.

That's right you don't care about undercards seeing as you stay in the Brig and watch it, whilst the real fans go and put their hand in their pockets and buy a ticket.

It's all about paying for you're opinion and that's something you don't know about.
