Bernard Hopkins is one of the best fighters in the world at the age of 49. Sugar Ray Robinson retired when he was 44 as a severely diminished version. Now you tell me which fighter's lifestyle you would want to follow. Robinson flourished in all aspects of boxing's natural talents, including speed, power, athleticism, chin and cuts. You are born with those natural talents although we can develop them to a certain extent. We can derive good habits from fighters such as Hopkins who have exceptional fundamentals as he cannot rely on God-given talent.
I've not done any running with it tucked under the chin, would look a bit odd lol! My trainer has me moving around at the moment with one and it's not easy, I kept on lifting my head up everytime I punched the last few times I sparred so this is my punishment
I would personally try jogging with one of those hats with a propeller on top. Same idea as the parachute, plus you'll make people smile....bonus.
I heard about someone that used to spar with his ***** wrapped in socks to give the other boxers an inferiority complex! I suppose you could pop two tennis balls in there aswell?
