Whoever said he is a glorified doorman is bang on the money. Going life and death with a Brudov whose so shot it's sad he's still fighting just about sums it up.

    Bellew: much better
Clev: (makes a very confused face), no chance, not chance. Braemar is proven. This guy.. Well that's why he has a commonwealth title. I'm past that level.

Brudov was a good fight as a first fight up at CW for Bellew.. look at who his previous 4 losses too there no idiots.

Good performance up until the 7th when he got caught, Brudov literally "ballsed" up by whacking him low he let him off the hook there. He was back on it once again from the 9th and the shot to end it was a belter.

But he lost, in his hometown and bawled at the conclusion!
    Where's the moral high ground?

Two European level fighters masquerading as something more.

Bellew should have won comfortably but made it hard for himself by trying to be heavy handed and telegraphing punches. When he got back to the plan he controlled it and got a good KO something that had eluded him for his last 4 or 5 fights.

He's not the finished article at the weight but he can get in position with a few more fights for another title crack.

Also good to get the win after the KO loss to Stevenson. Not easy coming back off that.

Love Bellew or hate him he's in entertaining fights and he wears his heart on his sleeve.
