What happened to bob arums stadium project?

Sure he has first it was the test ,Manny then agrees now he has to leave his promoter ,yeah sure Floyd wants it atsch

 

get real man. Arum knew Floyd was going to jail the first week of June. He used Pacquiao's cut and brought up the stadium to say the fight can't happen in time. Only a complete mong would buy that **** Arum was saying. Especially since he hasn't mentioned the stadium before or after those "negotiations"

 

Manny didn't agree though back in 09 when everything else was agreed

Why is it that Marquez can go in there with out all the stupid demands and get the job done but for a Floyd fight there is all these added excuses :think
