He's not pal.. the people who are branding about £13 million are dreaming.. I've asked before for a source and... nothing in reply.. from all I've read etc, Froch will be earning about £5 million.. and he deserves every penny..

If he wins, I can see Froch going for either one last shot at Ward or, failing that, a match against Degale just so he can go out saying he's beaten the best other British fighters.

If I was him, I'd go for Degale. An easy victory for Froch there since Degale's style is tailor-made for him.

Agree with you there.

People bang on about how Froch struggles with movement (which he does to a degree) and Degale would throw up problems for Froch early but he so often finds himself on the ropes and doing that against Froch is a no no.

I hope Groves spanks Froch, but one thing you have to give credit to Froch about is when he gets a fighter up against the ropes there's not many better in the sport at finishing them there and then.

 

Record UK ppv numbers, 80k seats, HBO money and he's getting about 80% of the purse. I don't know the figures but he will probably make more from this fight than he has in his whole career.

 

I reckon Eddie Hearn will do a Don King if SGG wins, he will hug George and ignore Froch. Within weeks we will hear that Froch & Rachael have split, shortly followed by Rachael finding a new man, guaranteed boxer or footballer.
