    It's one thing to be open to it, quite another to take steps to make it happen. Unless he has a clause in his new Showtime contract to allow him to fight Kovalev on HBO, he knows that fight isn't happening.

    If Stevenson was so open to fighting Kovalev, then why are they both fighting mismatched opponents in their next fights?

    Stevenson went to Showtime to avoid fighting Kovalev, something HBO wanted. Stevenson did say he would fight SOB Ward, even at 168, but Ward refuses to fight him nor Kovalev............
