Adrien Broner is the biggest disappointment to making and mankind. This bum is Floyd Mayweathers *****. He is just another "yes" man that Floyd loves to surround him self with.

    1. A. Broner needs to first sepreate from Floyd Mayweather. He was just a belt holder in the same divison as him. They are blood brothers, Broner should want to be the best.

    2. A. Broner is the new Burto for FMJ. Think about, Buerto loss a fight, Floyd beats the winner. Broner loss a highly winable fight, FLoyd fights the winner, ensuring that there is no way Broner can ever be compared to him in the future.

    3. Since when do we praise fighters who don't inspire to beat the best?

    4. AB is a fool to be the mainevent for his own fight to now move down in weight to fight on FMJ undercard as the second fight before the mainevent.

    5. FMJ is using Broner loss for his gain. Look how quick Floyd advised Broner to move down in weight, then offered him to take all his fame/followers to fight on his undercard. FMJ did the same offer to Khan, think about, he use Khan name as a potential opponent because he wanted the UK fan base, how he got Khan fighting on his undercard to bring the UK fan base.

    6. Why didn't Broner excercise is rematch option? If FMJ would of loss any fight, you know he would fight that fighter again. But Floyd use the Broner loss to build his name up, so in the future, Broner will be viewed as Floyd's *****!

    7. Broner needs to stay at 147, tighten up his fighting skills, then fight FMJ. Why wouldnt you want to fight the best?

Broner was over hyped. He was comprehensively beaten by the better fighter.

Broner is very skilled though and still young. The loss was not devastating and Broner can learn from this (If anything, Broner needed to lose in order to improve.) With good commitment and dedication to training and honing his boxing skills, Broner can become a major force in the boxing world.

I understand but how can anyone ever take him serious. He is FMJ *****, and it is hard to folloe a boxer that is a "yes" man. FMJ is using him and its his way of keeping him down.

Lots of Monday morning quarterbacks, so many of the same people who were singing Broner's praises as the "future Mayweather," are now the ones dissing him. Truth is, anyone who has even a decent knowledge of Broner knew that he wasn't elite, the writing was on the wall. First off, he lost against Ponce De Leon, that's one of the most undisputed robberies, I've NEVER heard anyone be able to, or even try to make an argument for Broner winning. He had absolutely no great wins, his best win was against DeMarco, a B level fighter, who was honestly tailor made for Broner. You have to beat someone elite before you can claim to be elite, it's that simple. All of this other wins are against substandard competition, he even has a loss to a journeyman in De Leon.

Besides that, it was obvious he was going to lose horribly once he got in there with someone good, because frankly he is incredibly flawed. His positive attributes include very good hand speed, good power, and an above average chin (yes I know he was knocked down twice, but he took all kinds of punishment.) Now with that said, he has some serious glaring holes, ones that you can't get away with. First off, he has ZERO footwork, he is totally flat footed. He wants to use the shoulder roll like Mayweather, but the difference is Mayweather has footwork, and isn't sedentary, Broner is a sitting duck. The key to the shoulder roll is being able to do quick counters, otherwise guys will just try to overwhelm you. Broner is not good at countering, he is either on the offense, or on the defense, he cannot transition between the two for ****. Rolling and blocking punches does nothing to benefit you if you can't counter, and you will eventually get caught when you're flat footed. He isn't the one punch knockout artist at 147 that he was at the lighter weights where he was physically imposing, so he isn't able to use his power to cover up his flaws.

Finally, Broner is simply not hard to hit. People were talking about how much he was improving, I personally saw serious regression in the Gavin Rees fight. Rees was able to hit Broner at will, he just simply didn't have the power to hurt him, he was the much smaller fighter. Maidana on the other hand will knock your lights out if you stand in front of him, and allow him to hit you clean. What was anyone expecting, honestly? Oh, and with all that said, Broner doesn't have the champion's mentality, period. You can hate guys like Hopkins and Mayweather, but you'd be a liar if you tried to say their dedication isn't remarkable. They aren't out eating out strippers, and getting drunk off their ass at parties, they are in the gym. Broner could have all the gifts in the world, with his current lifestyle, it would negate it all.

1.I think Floyd is more of a help to Broner than not. He would be a bigger dumbass if his idol wasn't mentoring him, believe me.

    2.Correct.

    3.Since we cheer for Floyd.

4.Because he doesn't have enough pull to be a one man show, he lost his steam in his last fight.

    5.Correct. Its a good idea.

6.He was scurred of that thunder he felt and now he is having doubt....grew a doubt beard and everything.

7.He will NEVER be able to compete with Floyd, would be a repeat of the Shambra Mitchell fight.
