Khan will go down as about the same level as Witter and Maccirinelli

Why is Froch a level above Hatton? I don't think that's right and khan is above the likes of Cleverly I think.

 

Agree with the point that Khan hasn't got much further than Junior or Macca did, but it's ridiculous that you would categorize Woods and Burns alongside Haye and Hatton.

It'd be great if we had a vote on posters first 50 posts and that if the majority thought they were nonsense then they get kicked. I'm also a firm believer that thread making abilities should come after 200 posts or more.

Ive always said Khan is overated, just cause some of his wins were big names in america doesn't mean they are good wins. Plenty of UK fighters have solid wins against guys with funny foreign names.. that don't get recognised as good wins. Khan's management team have been clever in trying to market him as having a decent resume but in reality he has beat nothing but one or two B/C level boxers and a few shot fighters,... that he was supposed to win against, nothing stands out.

If Maccirinelli beats Braehmer on sat that puts him past Khan , witter, and burns for me as well

 

I'm with other posters on here, Khan especially gets soooooo much stick and yet is one of the people I really like watching! Can't understand the hate, no need for extra rules, no-one with sense sees him as a target and bad for boxing IMO, the ridiculous trashing of him and his record in a variety of "logical" guises isn't fooling anyone!

Talented, well managed, out-on-his-shield, no-nonsense fighter. Boxing could do with more of those IMO. He may not have the durability and psychology of an ATG but who, if they like watching exciting boxing, would care!?! Get him in with Mayweather I say!

i don't really see what's wrong with his list? the 1st level are legends, the 2nd list are all 2 weight world champs, the third and 4th level are guys who only had a few world title wins
I'd put Cleverly down with rees and arthur, Ricky Hatton isn't quite at the same level as froch and calzaghe , how would you have it?

Ive never known a fanatic over a boxer so much, it's like Khan's reputation means the whole world to you that you have to sign in under your at least 10 different aliases to agree with yourself. Khan is no Calzaghe put it that way, you have to expect some negative comments considering the failures he's had in the ring.

As for my 'rating' (whatever that is) of Khan and his BOXING, he's quite good. That's pretty obvious I would have thought. I have no special affinity for him though, I personally thought he squeaked past Peterson (if I EVER see 2 points deducted for pushing again I'll be shocked) but lost to Diaz quite clearly.

As for his 'rating' or standing on random lists......I'll let you get hot-and-bothered about such pap.
