    ...or an inexperienced judge not realizing what a standing eight-count is and thinking (as Carcamo did, to be fair) that someone not being on the floor means they can't be ruled 'down' and susceptible to a count... so they ignorantly just gave it 10-9.

    Otherwise, yeah, having one level is the only way to get to 76-76.
