Yes sir, he won the fight clearly but that is not what we are talking about. The Bitchko's do the same thing and clearly win fights but it is illegal. Dude was clearly holding the fight. I wasnt even rooting for nobody, but what right is right and whats wrong is wrong. Dude jump in and held the entire fight.

Fights would be so much more interesting if the refs would deduct points from that type of behavior

Holding has pretty much been accepted as a part of boxing now, refs don't even care. Still, it's ridiculous how hopeless or scared to exchange some of these guy are on the inside that they have to hold on for dear life so much.

Agree man, it so much a fighter can do on the inside to avoid holding. Move laterally, fight on the inside, counter punch but holding is some ***** ass ****. Im mad at the ref more than I am made at fighters because if the ref let you get away with it, why not

Well, we have to remember he is fighting the plan that Garcia wanted him to fight. Which is to tie up Mayfield up close.

Mayfield if not tied up will have a field day roughing you up, headbutting you, elbows, he is a rough fighter on the inside. He negated that by holding, not a pretty fight but hey... the chest licker lost.
