if calzghe wins does that show that american fighters are not as good as europeans?

    you yanks keep saying that competition in the us is better, but what will you say if joe wins? would that mean european fighters were better all along?

    No. It means Hopkins was wrong when he was slating European fighters as "Euro-bums".

    Of course it doesn't. Calzaghe is one man and Hopkins is one man. All that will be proved Saturday night is who is the better out of the two at that particular time in their career's.

    The Americans do in general have the best fighters they have more of them better training etc its bound to happen, but every now and again someone from somewhere else comes along and takes top spot ala Lennox Lewis. Some Americans didnt like it when he was number 1 just about every person i saw interviewed for the preview. B4 the Holyfield fight were picking holyfield by KO. After the fight some even thought he won.
