Ward only fights no ones. Yes he fought a weight drained dawson but at 30-0 with a championship you usually start trying to take big fights and become a megastar. Sure you don't pick guys you will lose to but you try to fight someone who is known. So you try to fight a kovalev or a hopkins or a ggg or martinez or jcc or a stevenson instead of beating the same fringe contender at 168.

Seriously, it would be like Lennox Lewis just never fighting anyone in the late 90s of relevance. Ward is wasting his talent.

You forget the Super 6 took quite awhile to complete and how many fighters sustained injury. After the S6 how Ward fought Dawson and then had surgery.

Now he looking to get out from under bad management.
You fans are just so unreasonably fickle and impatient. :yep

And why Chavez (or GGG) or Froch (or Groves) should fight Ward? Couldn't they just fight each other according to risk vs reward? Ward doesn't bring much money (because according to daprofessor he should be getting much of the money) while Chavez, or GGG, or Froch or Groves will bring more money and more chance to win. Ward will still be left out.:deal
