Defensive boxing drills?

    run backwards whilst whistling . running backwards worked for sugar ray against lamotta . whistling whilst running is great for the cardio and lungs , once you get used to it you will never get puffed during a fight .

    Of all the Drills I know, Shadow Boxing with a partner, same standard, as though Sparring without punches landing is probably the best.

    The double end bag is a great tool. Stand close to it, hit it with fast punches and slip it to both sides. Better to miss by a mm then a few inches.
