I think this is a interesting match although I dont think it would be very entertaining. I think Chris out points him comfortably but not widely.

The Razor Ruddock who went to war with Tyson twice would beat Byrd.

Byrd decisions him. with some scares here and there. maybe 116-112 or 115-112 in that ballpark

    Rudy likes this.

I think bird is a bit to crafty for razor although I would rate there skills close or even . Stylistically I got to go with byrd

I just cant envision Razor catching Chris with anything that flush or fight turning. He'd have his moments, maybe pounding Chris' arms and shoulders on the ropes and catching him fairly well here and there. But not connecting with anything like Ike or Wlad crushed Chris with. Razor didn't have great hand speed.

"Razor" that put Michael Dokes to sleep would decapitate Byrd.
Chris much too small & has nothing on his shots "Prime" D. Ruddock would walk right thru him.

    *Prime = Pre Tyson I

I'm not doubting ruddocks punching power. But you say his prime was pre Tyson 1 . I think he was better after 1st Tyson fight but not long after

Byrd would have been too slick and fast for him. Byrd even though a heavyweight fought like a middleweight with speed and movement.

Ruddock was a better puncher than Ibeabuchi, but not quite as skilled overall. I think Byrd would be winning up until about the tenth when Razors "smash" caught up with him and put out the lights. Jmo.
