    They are similar level boxers both have two losses, boths best win is Alvarado...

    If Rios liked defense half as much as he likes cuss words, this would be a competitive fight.
    He doesn't hit hard enough to keep Provodnikov off him.

    Rios could probably take Prov into deep waters if he survived Provs bombs, I think he has better stamina than Prov. Other than that, bad matchup for Rios.
