It would be great if he did joIn. It only makes sense. It's in NZ. It's actually winnable. It's not like he's taking on klitschko. And there's a big cash prize. He's hard up for money.

Well based on who we currently have in this tournament, I'm picking Peter to win....

 

They are clearly having trouble getting anyone else on this bill which is stupid. I can think of McCall, Maskaev, Tua out of retirement, Cameron, and even Danny Williams LOL. nah he dont have knock skills but he's still out there.

Also - if Rahman has legs he's game for this tournament. If he's wobbling on the 1st round already & holding ropes cause he has no balance we're in trouble. I still dont know what happen against Povetkin. That was pathetic but he did win round 1 w/ the jab.

 

I am stunned they can't find 3 other guys. Weird. Hope it doesn't get scrapped.

Not sure if Rahman won that round with Povetkin, but he was scoring with the jab. He just flat out, came in 30-40 pounds overweight. Shocking, but with these promo pics, he clearly is in better shape. So maybe he feels he has something to prove.

 

Agreed, he was way overweight and in some of the vids & talk ups to the fight I was thinking he was game for that matchup. Dont know what happened, and it was odd the whole visa situation with Eddie Mustafa. I know his presence is needed in Rock's corner this time around hopefully he can get to the event this time.

Those wobbly legs/knees do scare me. I wonder if Sam Peter can still crack - otherwise I think Hasim got this tourney.

 

It will be interesting to see the shape of all the fighters in this, considering 3 of them have been on long layoffs.
