Burns to leave billy Nelson

Billy Nelson is well shot of Burns, Morrison and Hearn.

Alex Morrison is a scumbag, i've never heard a good word said about Ricky and the truth will come out about Hearn soon enough. Not surprised they conspired behind Billy's back like vultures rather then like gentlemen and sitting down to talk it through and come up with a decision that was rational and fair to all parties especially Nelson who was such a big part of Ricky becoming a double World champion.

Nelson is a gentleman though and one of Britains finest trainers. He took Ricky from nothing and made him into a double World Champion by giving Ricky the knowledge, training and skills to rise above the domestic scene.

Billy kept Ricky in countless fights especially against Gonzalez and Beltran when Ricky wanted to quit.

Screw Ricky and his team, another Scottish boxer will benefit from getting Nelson's great training and corner advice.

 

I believe the very top trainers are mostly based in the US.

No disrespect to any UK trainers but we have none of the very very best trainers here at the moment.

Does it make sense for Burns? Well I guess it depends, from a purely boxing career point of view I would say yes. Could he relocate to the US just for training camps, like Khan did/does?

I don't know Burns personally, no idea if he would be willing to be away from friends and family for that long, but it is a short career, he should be in his prime right now and he has to do what he thinks is best. Good luck to him.

 

Thats Bull**** Rickys never changed still the same guy hes always been , down to earth and humble , Billy will be fine his wee gym is buzzing with upcoming talent in years to come

 

If Burns boxes in USA, Sims could phone up Barker in the corner to pull him out.

My prediction is that Ricky will end up back with Billy to see out his career, how soon that will be who knows.

Both will do fine mate id agree on the later carreer return to billy as maybe rickys just searching for change , Billy has a great wee gym and a good tie in with the local amatuer gym so im sure hell get first pickings on the goods from there also Brophy is ticking over and Andreas Evensen looked in great nick when i saw him train last week

 

I've no intention of leaving esb, I get a good laugh with other posters and that's what it's about

If what's going about is true , ricky going to London and simsys's gym ... Then I'm guessing Eddie has had a lot to do with it and its been done behind Billy's back. Funny that Eddie , ricky and Alex met his week while Billy had Andrew Evenson at Bolton. Then out the blue this happens.

 

Do you really think Burns is going to get rid of his trainer because of what Eddie thinks? Do me a favour.
