For the records, I did not buy it because I was taking a gamble between this fight and may 3rd. Prior to the fight, I thought I made a mistake because I thought the main event would be a candidate for FOTY. The undercard was worse than watching paint dry. After the ricky burns fight, I took to ray Beltran but yesterday , I was not impressed to say the least. We hear Arum talking about boycotting the floyd fight as it would be a one sided event judging from the bookies odds, after yesterday's card..... Hmmmmm..... The May 3rd card would have to be cancelled for my expectations to fall any lower.
no it was not worth the 50 dollars i paid for it here in aus as far as boxing events go when i was not even slightly interested in anything other then the main event which i was looking forward to but hardly drooling over. still a good day with mates.. and for that im happy
The whole Pac-Bradley II fight was a terrible card. Honestly, I wouldn't have paid $29.99 for this fight. For me, even at that price it wasn't worth it. All this fight showed was; -Neither fighter, Pac or Bradley are on Mayweather's level. -TR has **** fights -Bob Arum is a terriblly incompetent business person. I'd be surprised if this fight got 600,000 buys
The only interesting thing in whole campaign , was the face off. From the build up to the promotion to the 24/7 series to the undercards and the main event seemed like Monday night boxing to me. Arum might have a hard time selling a PAC vs JMM 5 bout.
