No. Or at least, highly unlikely. He has adapted his craft a bit to compensate for his deteriorating physical assets, but it wouldn't be enough.
Low chance, 20 - 30 % chance I guess. It looks like he's fighting more intelligently and cautious these days than before and prime Pacman is reckless, ultra aggressive and doesn't have a great defense.

Pacman of today gets brutally stopped by Pacman from 2008. He has lost speed, power, and apparently punch resistance as well over the last 6 years. Manny is still a great boxer, but, he is no longer the destroyer he was through Hatton and Cotto.
