I would have been more impressed if he mixed it up with G Johnson, Tarver and Jones when they were battling it out for supremacy rather than waiting around for Kessler and Lacy to develop and taking the Jones fight too late for it to mean anything.

I was amazed when Joe got the decision. It was close and thought no way would a home decision go against Hopkins.

Joe got the terrible decision by the judges in that fight, but Hopkins completely ruined Joe and ran him straight to a crack house in London.
With a career of fighting English bums, you would think that Joe should have a long career.
Instead, we see Slappy-White retiring early right after meeting BHOP in the ring.

"White boy" Calzaghe won a fairly close but definitely clear victory. Look up the media scores for the fight.

At a party, everyone shook hands with everybody else. There were 66 handshakes. How many people were at the party?

First, Joe reached all this goals in boxing like a true great, he retired with nothing left to prove. Some thing Hopkins can never do.
Second, what a man does after he has retired is his business..

Third, it was Coke, not crack... Joe has class, ever with his drug use

Why in the fu.ck do you guys always talk about Joe? the guy is retired and is no longer relevant?

I dislike both men with a passion but Joe is NOT a Legend . . . and BHop is only becoming a legend because of his age. This is a a sad and pathetic thread all the way around. Some fans need to start watching fights of today instead of playing with themselves over that **** fight six years a go. WOW . . . losers!!
