John eventually went back to Joe in the same camp for Rios stating something like ''the biggest fight of my life i don't need change and travelling from Manchester to Leeds for training each day was tough'' (paraphrasing). John was supposedly in Joe's words ''dragged out of a bar in Hamburg pissed paraletic two weeks before Mitchell fight..''. John complained that Joe was basically becoming matchmaker, manager and trainer and was turning away fights John wanted. Joe according to John turned down the Mitchell fight.
