Fury would have to box well against Briggs, since Briggs has a lot of power, esp. early................but I would expect Fury to out box Briggs..........

that would make the greatest montage ever

    gets a 6-pack
    cuts his hair
    talks ****
    throws shoe at Wlad
    gets title shot
Wlad then pays for his funeral

If Fury gets past the fist 4 rounds, I'm pretty sure he'll win. But it's in no way certain he will.

Yes he's shot but so is much of the division seemingly. A lot depends on if he signs with Hearn after his three fight deal on Boxnation is up or whether he goes with Frank or Hennessey. If he does sign with Hearn I can see Fury fighting this type of opponent going forward.

cant see Fury leaving Hennessey ,he would have done it by now if he was going to, and in fairness to Mick his done a very good job progressing him

I think a lot depends on what Mick can offer after Chisora, can he take Fury forward into fights with the likes of Pulev or Arreola and ultimately(should he keep winning),Wlad?

He certainly struggled to progress Degale after Groves, though i dont think Degale helped himself in that dept

Fury is a totally differant kettle of fish to Degale.

For one Fury is a lot more entertaining fighter in and out of the ring he basically is a one man promotional machine. Theres also a lot more interesting and marketable fights at heavyweight than there was for Degale

And at the time of the Degale/Groves fight Degale was seen as the favorite but really it was a fight between two prospects so when Degale lost it really set him back as it wasnt seen as him losing to a world class fighter which Groves has since proved he is. Also Degales trash talk before that fight and failure to back up his boasts didnt look great either

I'd like to see Fury stay with Hennessey but keep on Channel Five as he will be in front of the most eyeballs that way. With the recent departure of DeGale I suspect Mick will do everything to keep him although Hearn would clearly love to sign him.

I totally agree he is but this doesnt change the issue Micks got after the Chisora fight.

Exactly, Brigg's crowning glory was being Vitali's Human punch bag, I've never seen a man take soo much punishment in such a sickening 1 sided fight that needed to be stopped. Can't see anything other than Fury beating him up until the ref stepping in because it's soo 1 sided.... Unless it's the same idiot ref from the vitali - briggs fight.
