He never had SFW. Casamayor currently has lightweight.

Me too, but Hatton fought Mayweather at WW but still appears to hold the Ring belt at LWW, so maybe it only counts if you win.

I dont know the actual rules but i dont see why a fighter cant hold two ring belts at the same time, Calzaghe should he beat Hopkins could easily still return to SMW to defend his belts should he wish to do so.

joe could be one if he beats hopkins.. pac could also be one if he chooses casamayor instead of david. Bt i guess i don't know, does it automatically drop your status of the ring champ at a lower weight after moving up?

I'd like to think not, since that would be essentially punishing a guy for being good enough to hold 2 at once. It should be lost only in the ring, or when the fighter says they have no intention of going back to that weightclass.

I don't know their actual policy, though.

They still have Hopkins as champion, but it was last updated on the 14th.

Yeah but lets say Joe decides to go back to SMW for his next fight. Surely he has earnt the right to go in to that ring as the ring champion. It would be ridiculous if anyone else had the title unless Joe has either retired or said he will not fight at SMW again. If he books his next fight at LHW I can see it being fair for him to vacte it and his other smw belts though.
