Big Daddys Chances In The Heavyweight Division

Ah, slim and none.

 

Big Belly Browne. He is a cool dude, but overweight. That brutal brawl in round 4 last night was impressive. He carries power and would probably knock wilder out. But besides power he got nothing to offer. Very limited skills, no head movement and his chin is fragile. That right hand is something special though.

 

Only thing he's got going for him is his power. Other than that he's crude, hittable and I can't envision him going beyond the level he's fighting at now.

Seems a genuinely sound bloke though.

He's obliviously not very skilled but has power for the ages...His right hand was something brutal.

 

How can anyone pick him against Wilder, Browne does not move his head one bit

Wilder could do one of his telegraphed right hands and knock Browne clean out

 

He's crude and slow, but he has power.

He might pull a couple upsets because of that, but most better HW's will outbox him from all sides.

 

Wilder has no chin at all. Seriously, why is this guy so overrated? He is not even a contender.

 

I think he can go higher than the Commonwealth title, the HW division isn't particularly deep so I can see him getting quite high in the rankings. I don't think any champion would want to face him unless he was mandatory because with that huge right hand he is always going to be a threat. I hope they can sort out his footwork because at the moment he is far too stationary and eminently hittable.

He's also a genuinely nice guy - I interviewed him for my website a while back - pleased that he got the win last night he really wanted the CW title...

in all honesty he has a decent punch, but looks like a pub brawler in that ring.
