nobody at 140 beats thurman, he was at 154 and wanted to fight canelo. to big for those guys i think mayweather , pacman, bradely beats him. porter is 50/50 and i favor keith against everyone else 60/40 if not more.

I can see Mayweather, Pacquiao is hard for me to pick. If i was to pick i guess im only relying on experience because his defense is striaght crap and Thurman could possibly be the hardest puncher he faced ever! I dont like that match up at all for Pacquiao.

Bradley has got some skills. he would have to fight smart the whole time because any signs of that Ruslan fight or fighting Thurman like he did Pacquiao, he goes night night also.

    Porter would be a classic!!

At 147 - Mayweather, Pacquiao, Porter (50-50), Matthysse has a shot but i'd favor Thurman, Garcia has a shot but id favor Thurman, Provodnikov (50-50).
At 154 - Cotto, Lara, Austin Trout has a shot but id favor Thurman, Canelo.

didnt say 154 because hes gonna be at WW for at least 2 more years, maybe longer. weighed in 145 against Diaz, dude is a prime WW.

Canelo will be at 160 and Cotto also in 2 years so thats why i said only 140-147 :bbb:bbb

Maidana has a good shot too. Robert Guerrero has a good shot, hes one durable mofo. Id still favor Thurman over these two.

Those would be some good fights.

for some reason i feel Berto would be a good fight. Maybe just cause of speed but got some power too.

Fair enough, i think he looks like a 147 fighter anyway, but he did say he would go up to 154 for the right fight and did mention Canelo. Cotto will go back to 154 after this fight if he fights again, 160 is too big for him. Cotto would be a fight Thurman would take in a heartbeat too i think, too much money to pass on.

True, what a slugfest that would be. a True test for Thurman. could be in the future, Cotto only 32. seems like he'll be fighting for at least 2 more years. if he beats Martinez he wont be going back down to 154 so we might never see it but u never know

I think Thurman is special, but i still have to see more. The Chaves fight left me with some questions marks, but truthfully we don't know how good the Chaves kid is so maybe anyone would have struggled with him.

Also, nice to see someone who starts a thread and accepts other people's opinions for once.

Yep the world is waiting. I see the talent for sure but the more fights, the better Oponetes, the better read on the fighter. I dont think alot of fighters want to fight him though, that guy is a beast. I think Porter is down though, we can see alot of he wins that because hes gonna have to eat some to take Porter down
