    No. has atleast 6 more fights left he should be fighting top tier fighters to win belts and defend belts.

    He is close and will have the chance to secure his place in the coming years. If he were to retire now, I possibly wouldn't have him in it but I can understand why others would.

    What does that have to do with Tim making the hall of fame? Is Pac some kind of god that no one should say nothing bad about.

    he should retire.. he has no fights left.. no one wants to see bradley marquez 2 or pacman bradley 3... who else is left at top rank? rios vs bradley?

    Even if you don't consider the first "win" over Pacquiao, he has one of the better resumes in the sport.

    That being said, he's not a Hall of Famer at this time, but he is well on his way provided he gets good fights in the future (tsk tsk Cold War)

    He could make it but it is far to early to say. My feeling on the guy is that the guy is second tier right now at WW and will start to fade away. He had a solid run but not really HOF material
