I think Thurman should just keep koing these gatekeepers, and they won't be able to ignore and avoid him for too long. Paulie had bigger fish to fry at that time. I don't recall the circumstance around a Porter or Maidana fight. Guerrero passing on that fight was perplexing to me and could be seen as a duck.

Thurman is in a tough place because his resume is **** but people are too scared to help him strengthen that resume by getting in the ring with him

 

shawn porter is not a surprise as he was looking at fights which generate more money... at the time it was not worth it... now a shaw porter vs thurnman fight is more lucrative

I agree shawn v Keith is probably the best fight for both guys. But I think porter has to fight Brook
