    Optimum sukks! Call in and order by phone.

    When I used them several years back, I thought my broken down roommate was forgetting to pay the cable. But it turned out (then at least) that they only give you $50 "credit" towards PPV buys by default - which means you can't order anything over $50.

    When it once happened to me, I had no problems getting it by calling and they raised my PPV limit.
