    No he doesn't.

    Look at Mayweather/Cotto, Mayweather/Chavez, Mayweather/Castillo, Mayweather/Ortiz, Mayweather/Hatton and Mayweather/Maidana.

    What did they have in common? When Floyd goes to the ropes, he covers up and he STAY on the ropes. It has nothing to do with weight, it's Floyd's defensive style. He uses the philly shell in position to avoid shots, but some gets through.

    He only leaves the ropes when the other fighter stops punching.
