6 or 7 one arm push ups, 10 one leg squats

these two bodyweight exercises target maximal strength, but there is no translation with weights. I've seen dudes who bench a shitload struggle to do 2 one arm push ups. weird how that works.

1 arm push ups require a great core, the technique also has to be practiced, i am able to do 130+ push ups but cannot perform too many 1 handed push ups because i dont practice it enough.

12-15 one armed pushups. Both arms

22-24 pistols. Took me 6 months of greasing the groove to get to these numbers.

Not bad for a guy who runs 7 miles a day in jeans and combat boots from work.
