Just a page out of the Mayweather handbook. Promote your own fight by calling out a big name you have no intention of ever fighting, then hide behind Richard Schaefer's skirts and blame the fight not happening on someone else. It just looks more ridiculous coming from Broner because Manny would easily destroy him. Whereas with Floyd the fight would be competitive. Floyd must have put stupido up to it.
