whilst the fight was entertaining and was close, some rounds too close to split! mayweather was the deserving winning and there really cant be any arguments about it to be honest! when maidana put the pressure on for the first 8 rnds floyd was struggling to get out of the way but not for him becoming old or on the decline but purely because maidana was just throwing reckless shots from every angle, 75% of maidanas shots never landed and that goes to show that mayweather still has his sharp mind in tact and sharp reflexes too, countless times floyd sat on the ropes, let maidana throw and then in a blink turn him inside out and land uppercut and hooks for fun, everytime mayweather planted his feet and went on the attack he landed, most of the times when mayweather wanted to counter he counted. if the rematch happens floyd will out box him from the start and just continuously ping maidanas head back for fun
Floyd didn't step on the gas until the 6 or 7th round. And I am a mayweather fan, it is hard for me to beleive anyone could score have May winning rounds 1-5.
