Hasim Rahman draws kiwi in super 8. Google that. 1st round draw he's fighting an unknown.

How they are going to make money out of this I will never know.
GO KALI!!!!!!!! DO IT FOR ME AND BUSTER!!!!!!!!!!!:bbb

Would have been more interesting for a Rogan - Sam matchup in the first rather than Sprott - Rogan.

What has Alonzo Butler accomplished in his career to be ranked ahead of Sprott, Rogan and Meehan? Bizarre.

Without trying to defend what they have come up with, the seedings in this event are very speculative.

Sure Meehan has assembled a vastly superior career to Butler. But Meehan is 44, got belted by Walker last start, and hasn't won a fight for 3 years. The question is how do his claims in this event compare to the 10 years younger Butler, who although he isn't fighting the top guys, does have winning form?

Not sure how much of a role the seedings will play here anyway. Being drawn in the first fight of the night could be more of an advantage so as you get a longer break before the final.

9522, yep no actually disagreeing with you. I don't particularly have a problem with where Meehan is. I just don't see how Butler gets and easier draw than Spott and Rogie. Both have accomplished plenty more, against better fighters. As you said, you have more time to recover.

fwiw, he did have a very noticeable beer belly when he fought walker. walker had lost every round until he landed a great shot and an exhausted Meehan couldn't keep walker off him when he unloaded a heap of punches and lost.

I know each fight is only 3 rounds, but I hope kali doesn't have the beer belly in this event.

This is like a lotto win for the two inexperienced Kiwi guys added to the tournament. A minimum of $30,000 for one nights work, win lose or draw.

I did everything I could to get in this tourney. I'm still pretty heated at some of the guys that got picked over me, but I understand you need a couple fighters from over there for the fan support but damn....really?!!!

Hopefully, I'll still get a break and get in. I'm coming off a bigger win than pretty much everyone on the card.

You would have been a great fit for this card Ding - dangerous puncher with the ability to end anyone's night early. I'm surprised they didn't include you. anything else in the works at the moment for you?

Might be fighting in July against another pretty good puncher for a trinket title. Winner will be rated in top fifteen at least.

Still want in on this tourney as I believe my chances of winning it is very high now that I'm able to train regularly (I can throw many more bombs per round :bbb ).
