    He's got a 5 inch reach advantage and he's a decent enough boxer. If he decides to box for 12 rounds pot-shot run hold and clinch there's no way Marquez is winning. If Mike doesn't brawl he will UD Marquez 115-113 :good

    He does have many advantages over Marquez, but will he use them? Even if he did, defense is key to beating Marquez, Alvarado does not possess a consistent or world class defense, tho he does have a world class offense.

    how on earth will alvarado win against an elite/experienced fighter when he could not even handle provodnikov.. the gap in skill level is too wide. btw, dont be fooled by the age of jmm. he is one of the few boxers who is always in shape like b hopkins.

    JMM fights nothing like Provo so alvarado is not going to have to worry about relentless pressure. Alvarado's size and youth advantage will trouble the aged Marquez. IMO Marquez will win but don't count Mile High out.
